Surrey RCMP responded to a stabbing on 120th Street overnight.
Police investigated the scene late into the night in front of a business on the 8200 block following the stabbing of a man in an altercation between several people.
About 10 p.m., police responded to the incident. A 36-year-old male was taken to hospital in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers canvassed the neighbourhood for evidence and spoke with several witnesses, Staff Sgt. Joe Johal said in a press release.
The investigation continues. More information is expected to be released this afternoon.
