A toddler was killed after being hit by a car this afternoon.
The Prince George RCMP and the BC Coroners Service are investigating the death.
RCMP responded to reports of a seriously injured child just before 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
The three-year old child that had been struck by a vehicle in a residential neighbourhood near Massey Boulevard and Ospika Boulevard in Prince George.
The child was transported to the University Hospital of Northern BC, but died as a result of injuries sustained from the collision.
