A Salmon Arm man will be facing charges of cocaine trafficking after trying to sell drugs to police officers.
An alleged cocaine dealer was arrested Friday night in Salmon Arm after trying to sell drugs to RCMP officers.
Salmon Arm RCMP said they received information about a dial-a-dope drug dealer and made contact with him on Friday night. They arranged to meet him at a residence near Highway 97B to buy some drugs.
The man who arrived at the residence had small quantities of cocaine packaged for sale.
Plainclothes police officers subsequently arrested him.
A 45-year-old Salmon Arm resident will be facing charges of cocaine trafficking.
