Shooting leaves man critical
Police are investigating a shooting on Victoria Drive in Vancouver that has sent one man to hospital in critical condition.
Around 12:30 p.m., police were called to the Lam Hoa Quan Restaurant on Victoria Drive near East 34th Avenue after receiving reports that one man had been shot.
When police arrived, they found a 33-year-old man inside the restaurant who had suffered multiple bullet wounds.
Paramedics were called and he was rushed to hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
Police believe that one gunman entered through the rear of the restaurant, shot the victim, and fled out the back to a waiting vehicle.
Investigators believe that the victim was targeted in the attack.
