Takedown in Abbotsford
Abbotsford police arrested a man at gunpoint yesterday, alleging he had robbed several businesses on Sunday.
Police told CTV Vancouver that he had just robbed a TD bank when they showed up.
They were forced to shoot him with beanbag rounds, after he refused to cooperate.
A bag of cash was found in some nearby bushes, but police would not say how much money was inside.
No one was injured during the robberies.
The suspect will make a court appearance later today.
