Mounties in Nanaimo, B.C., say a missing 12-year-old girl has been found and reunited with her family.
Elissa Elizabeth Fawdry was last seen on Wednesday night near her grandmother's home in Nanaimo.
RCMP say there were no leads in finding the girl through family, friends and social media.
Police say her disappearance was also considered out of character and she has medical issues that put her at risk.
But they say the Grade 7 student in the Nanaimo-Ladysmith school district was located early Thursday evening and is doing fine.
