$50-million jackpot won in BC

UPDATE 11:15 A.M.

If you were in Langley recently and bought a Lotto Max ticket the $50-million prize could be yours.

According to the BCLC website the jackpot ticket was sold in Langley, BC.

Maxmillion winning tickets were also sold in Surrey and Port Alberni.

There is one winning ticket for the $50-million jackpot in Friday night’s Lotto Max draw — and it was purchased somewhere in British Columbia.

The giant jackpot had gone unclaimed for four previous draws. Click here to see who won a million in Vernon last week.

Also up for grabs last night were 50 MaxMillions prizes of $1-million each, and claims are being made on 17 of them.

The jackpot for next Friday's draw will be approximately $43-million.
