Coquihalla reopened southbound
Update 6 a.m. update Mar. 4: The incident is clear and the highway is open.
Tuesday road conditions: Compact snow with slushy sections from Exit 202, Portia Interchange to Exit 256, Kingsvale (Coldwater Road) (54.8 km).
Update 8:45 p.m. Mar. 3:
Highway 5 has reopened southbound, with a single lane closure still in effect after an earlier vehicle accident.

Highway 5 is closed southbound because of a 'traffic incident.'
The closure is located at Coquihalla Lakes Road, there is no local detour available.
There is currently no estimated time of opening as assessment in progress. .
