Avalanche control will be taking place on Highway 1 today, just west of Revelstoke.
The road will be closed in both directions from 9 – 10 a.m. Monday morning.
In addition to the closure, DriveBC is also reporting limited visibility due to fog, and slippery sections with compact snow or slush in the area.
Compact snow and slippery sections are also being reported on the Okanagan Connector and the Coquihalla today, with some freezing rain falling south of Merritt.
