Kamloops: 'Help me find my daughter'

"Help me find my daughter!"

Those were the emotional words of Shirley Paul who sat down with Kamloops media Thursday morning to plea for information regarding her missing daughter Samantha.

Samantha Paul, 26, was reported missing in September.

Kamloops police say investigators continue to work this file on a daily basis, looking for new information and following up on any tips received.

So far information has led investigators to make inquiries as far away as the Lower Mainland and Calgary.

Kamloops Serious Crime Unit has taken over this investigation and is receiving assistance from E Division headquarters Major Crime Section and Tech Crime Unit.

Samantha’s mother, as well as other family members, have been involved in the investigation since the early stages and are assisting police in every way possible.

This is the second time that Shirley Paul has travelled to Kamloops to assist in locating her daughter.

In a plea to the public today, Shirley stated, “I love Samantha very much. I miss speaking to her every day. If anybody knows anything please call the police."
