Oct 30 - Save the Seeds, Feed Yourself Forever

First session
Planning and Propagation (Feb 27)
Deciding what to grow, where to plant it and how long it will take is the first step to a successful crop.
Getting the long season plants started begins early.

Second Session
Transplanting & Clone Selection (Mar 27)
Selecting the best of your plants and propagating from cuttings will increase the yield in your crop.

Third Session
Cold Frames and “Hot Beds” (April 24)
Extending the growing season with structures and using them appropriately will give you more access to
the growing season and will increase the harvest.
You will grow more varieties with a longer season.

Fourth Session
Planting Out: Putting the Plan into Action (May 29)
Making sure what you’ve begun can be put in the garden and brought to fruition.
Hands on adventure in the soil.

Fifth Session
Competitive Plants/Companion Plants (June 26)
How to keep the plants you want happy and get the ones you don’t want to go away.

Sixth Session
Slug, Bugs & other Thugs (July 31)
Getting the critters you don’t want out of your garden, while keeping bees, butterflies and friendly insects
plentiful.

Seventh Session
Structures & Support (Aug 28)
As plants grow they need to be held up for maximum yields and best results.
Learn how to do it easily and effectively.

Eighth Session
Harvest & Storage (Sept 25)
How to tell when it is ripe, what to do when you have waited too long...and how to keep it from rotting until you can use it.

Ninth Session
Save the Seeds, Feed Yourself Forever (Oct 30)
For the plants, the next generation is the end goal. Work with your garden to make sure you have what you need to make the seeds viable for future gardens.
