Dutch kickboxing is world renowned for its effectiveness in organized competition and a proven method to improve cardio fitness, burn calories and increase explosive power. The overall effectiveness of Dutch Kickboxing lies in its focus on perfecting the basic techniques, partner drills, and structured sparring.

The Elevate Kickboxing/ Muay Thai program is focused on making kickboxing accessible for everyone that would like to get a great workout while also learning how to kick, punch, elbow and of course defend themselves in a fun, safe and structured environment.

Head coach Rudchen has studied for over 10 years at one of the oldest Kai Muay (gym) in Rotterdam in the Netherlands and has followed workshops with several Dutch Kickboxing legends.

What you will learn:
Punch and Kick Techniques
Knee Attacks
Elbow Attacks
Throws and Takedowns
Defend Techniques
Structured Sparring (Optional)

Although the lessons are provided in an informal setting we do follow the Martial Arts Creed of:

Join us for a FREE class - gear is provided. All levels are welcome. Every Wednesday and Thursday at 5.30-6.30pm inside CrossFit Okanagan (1040 Richter Street).
