Sunday February 12th Raise you Vibration – and become more aligned with the changes in the world today, 11 am to 1:30 pm. Stop spinning your wheels and enter into the year with a bang. Did you do all this spiritual/healing work to journey to this moment? Are you interested in finding out how to make it all work for you now that the year has arrived? This 2 ½ hour classes will included how to raise and maintain your vibration, how to stay on track, goal setting, self healing and management and conclude with a channeled open discussion with Spirit Guides where the students get to look for answers to direct questions. Feb. 19th is Lois’ “Introduction to your Spirit Guide” back by demand. We will cover introduction to creating sacred space, exploration of Spirit Guides, how they interact with us, and communication of symbols. Followed with a meditation so you can meet your Guide, and exercises designed to give you a chance to receive a personal message! Improve your communication skills and psychic abilities to become a better spiritual self manager. This class is for mediumship you use on/for yourself. Both classes are from 11 to 1:30 and cost is $30 per person. Class is held at The Center - 1930 Hwy 6 Lumby BC. Call Lois 250*547*2262. Registration is required.
