CAMERATA, a chamber choir from Copenhagen, Denmark, will be on tour in Canada from June 27 – July 13, 2008.
The choir will perform in Toronto, Victoria, Vancouver, Kelowna, Banff and Calgary, with an exciting and varied program of contemporary Nordic and Canadian choral music, European madrigals, German romantic part songs, British lyrical works and Danish summer songs. Featured composers are Eleanor Daley, Eric Whitacre, John Dowland, Joseph Rheinberger, Johannes Brahms, Howard Skempton, Vagn Holmboe, Svend S. Schultz and Ola Gjeilo.
