BCSPCA South Okanagan Similkameen largest fundraisers, walk for Animals! Walk Details: 3km or 1km Sunday, September 14 from 9am City Park (Abbott Street) Kelowna, BC Join Bob Mills and Jasmin Doobay from Power 104 as they host our Kelowna Paws for a Cause...Walk for the Animals. Registration runs from 9am to 10:30am. Our 3km Dog Walk begins at 10:30am, with our 1km Furry Scurry following right on its tail at 11am. Enjoy a beautiful walk with your favourite furry friend(s) to arrive back at City Park with many activities to explore. There will be The Mission Group Kids Fun Fair with a bounce house, crafts, games and lots of prizes to be won. The Doggie Play Place will have participant contests including cake walks and a look-a-like contest. Don't miss the Dog Agility Demonstration! In the Paws Parlour, your dog will enjoy being pampered with a massage along with other services. Enjoy our BBQ featuring SPCA Certified sausages from Vale Farms, along with music provided by Northwest Global Entertainment. There will be a Merchant Mall including the SPCA Store with many BC SPCA products for purchase. We will also have great prizes for our top fundraisers, including a new kids team prize, as well as random giveaways throughout the day. Don't miss this day of fun with your family!
