Nathan John Hall, the second man arrested for allegedly shooting at American border agents along the Canada-U.S. border, was wanted by Kelowna RCMP for breach of conditions and theft under $5,000.
Nathan Hall and Jeffrey Robert Laviolette are believed to have fired at least one shot at agents of the US Border Patrol before fleeing across the border on April 2, 2013.
The arrests followed a cross border manhunt that involved police dogs and helicopters on both sides of the border.
Jeffrey Robert Laviolette was arrested at the scene by American agents.
U-S officials say two backpacks, loaded with 26 kilograms of amphetamines, were also recovered.
