A giant 150-foot crane could be seen outside the Kiwanis Tower early this morning as management installed a number of new high-efficiency hot water tanks.
The task, performed by Kelowna Plumbing and Heating, along with Armstrong Crane and Rigging had the job accomplished in a matter of hours.
The tower chose to undergo the project in an effort to make their building more energy efficient and comfortable for the tenants, many of whom are seniors.
