A shattering experience at shelter

Windows were broken and damage was caused after a person became destructive at the Inn From the Cold this morning.
It is unclear what prompted the outburst, but Kelowna RCMP were called to 1187 Sutherland Avenue around 10:30 a.m.
The two front windows had been smashed from the inside and large chunks of broken glass were on the pavement below.
Blinds hanging from another window had also been damaged and a closed sign was hung on the front door of the shelter.
A police car was parked nearby.
