CRIME: ROBBERY WITH WEAPON
DATE: March 18, 2012
RCMP FILE: 2012-12545
It’s been a year since this robbery, and Kelowna RCMP are still looking to identify this man who robbed the Creekside Pub Liquor Store at 3929 Lakeshore Road on March 17, 2012. The man entered the liquor store shortly after 10:00 PM wearing a blue hoodie and a mask. Armed with a knife, he said “let’s go” to the clerk and demanded cash. He left the store with an undisclosed amount of money and drove away in a silver or light blue 10 year old Toyota Camry with no rear license plate. The man is described as a Caucasian, 6’2” tall, medium build with a deep voice. Police found the hoodie discarded on Cook Road a short time later. CRIME: STOLEN GATORS

Several businesses on the 600 block of Adams Road in Kelowna were broken into in order to steal some side by side machines over the past week-end. Suspects broke through the front gates of one business to cut through a fence to enter another. The suspects drove back through the two compounds with the stolen machines and exited through a rear fence of yet another business and out to the railway bed. The Gators stolen are both 2012 RSX850I machines made by John Deere; one is a Sport model (green and black) and one is a Trail model (camouflage and black). They are valued at over $17,000 each.
