School Zones

School zones...  Surely there is a way to make them sensible.  Have the patrollers put out the signs during drop off and pick-up times.

Forget the 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., use speed control when there is crossing activity.

The most dangerous time to go through a school zone is during soccer games etc. on the weekend when cars are parked bumper to bumper and there are little brothers and sisters running to see their sibling's sports.

That's when slowing down is really important.
