There is limited visibility on the Okanagan Connector this morning with dense fog in some areas as well as slushy and slippery sections.
Drive BC is reporting Pennask Summit to have the worst visibility this morning and there are strong cross winds being reported from the junction with Highway 5A at Aspen Grove to Pennask Summit.
There is also compact snow with slippery sections being reported for a 10 kilometre stretch from the summit to Brenda Mine Road, and slushy sections from Trepanier Creek Bridge to the junction with Highway 97.
For those heading East towards Calgary, there will be a delay on Highway 1 just before Revelstoke for Avalanche Control. The road will be shut down for two hours between 7:30-9:30 a.m.
