Philipe Ovide Poisson was arrested on Feb. 27 in Dryden Ontario. He is facing nine new criminal charges and is scheduled to appear in Ontario Provincial Court.
The Penticton RCMP Major Crimes Unit is seeking assistance from the public and media, in locating Philipe Ovid Poisson wanted BC wide.
On February 25, 2013 two arrest warrants were issued by the courts for 21 year old Philipe Ovid Poisson. The first, for failing to comply with a probation order, contrary to section 733.1(1) Criminal Code. A second arrest warrant referred to as a warrant of committal (Render Warrant), is also in effect.
Philipe Ovid Poisson is described as:
- Caucasian male
- 6'1"
- 187 lbs
- dark brown hair
- hazel eyes
- Fair complexion
