Winter days are almost over and the Okanagan is about to wake up, bustling with tourists from all over the world, brought in by our amazing sunny weather, refreshing wineries and numerous events.

Peachland, a friendly town made famous for its quietness also attracts the tourists and why not?  It is surrounded by unspoiled panoramas and numerous wildlife. Every day is a great photo op, whether sunny or cloudy.

Next time you drive by, make sure you ride down Beach Ave and enjoy beautiful sunrises by the Okanagan Mountain Provincial Park or a full moon rising above Kelowna. Take these extra minutes to see the storms making their way in and out of the valley and relax on the beach as the boats, geese, ducks and the swans wander on the lake. Drive above the clouds and be amazed by a beautiful sunset on Pincushion Mountain viewed perfectly from the Connector.

It's my pleasure to share these pictures with you and you can see more of them by following Picture the Okanagan on Facebook here! I am also pleased to announce that Picture the Okanagan has officially become bilingual, with Mon Okanagan, which can be found on Facebook as well.
