In front of a full house at the Centre Culturel Francophone de l'Okanagan in Kelowna the electrifying Ariane Moffatt put on a show like no other on Monday night .
She performed some of her greatest hits, as well as several bilingual songs from her album "MA", and two solo piano pieces, including a perfect interpretation of "Imperfect", from Quebec artist Daniel Bélanger.
Ariane rocked the house and excited the crowd that was cheering and gave a long final standing ovation.
What does Ariane think of Western Canada? The artist says, “when I’m in Kelowna, I look up in the sky and I forget that I’m in a city, my mind gets mixed up by so much visual purity, with the mountains all around.”
Her last performance from her West Coast Tour will be in Vancouver tonight (Feb 26th). Ariane and her group will make sure to enjoy winter sports offered by the Canadian Rockies before heading back to Quebec.
Also, March 30th & 31st at the Kelowna Maple Festival, the very popular group The Lost Fingers will be performing live! Tickets are on sale now at the Centre Culturel Francophone de l'Okanagan.
