Big White Ski Resort.’s Director of Sales, Mr. Jim Loyd and Senior Vice President Mr. Michael J. Ballingall  took the time at the local Costco store to thank local MLA’s for their efforts to move BC Family Day from Monday, February 18 to Monday, February 11. 

“Moving the holiday has resulted in a financial windfall for Big White Ski Resort," said Ballingall.

"We’ve gone from one of our slowest weekends of the year to one of our busiest."

“We’ve staffed up to expect Christmas type volume in all of our accommodation, restaurants and bars. “

This will be the first BC Family Day long weekend during the winter months.

Big White Ski Resort will have special discounts and activities throughout the weekend including 50% off lift tickets and Discover learn to ski packages on Monday, February 11.
