CRIME: THEFT OF CIGARETTES
DATE: November 10, 2012
RCMP FILE: 2012-62902
Kelowna RCMP received a report of the theft of two cartons of cigarettes from the 7-11 located at 1505 Gordon Drive. A man entered the store at 6:50 PM on November 10, 2012 and requested 2 cartons of Export A cigarettes. He had a credit card in his hand indicating that he had a method of payment. When the cigarettes were put on the counter he grabbed them and ran, leaving the credit card behind. The abandoned credit card was a cancelled card that had been discarded by its owner several weeks prior. The suspect is an approximate 20 year old male, 5’9” tall with dark hair and was wearing a white Nike jacket and blue hoodie.

CRIME: LIQUOR THEFT

Just after 7:00 PM on January 28, 2013 a man walked into the Grand Spirits liquor store at 1310 Water Street, grabbed two 24-packs of Budweiser cans and dashed out the door. He ran across the street where he handed one case to a second male wearing a grey and white camouflage jacket before they ran east toward Ellis Street. The suspect was a slim, 18-20 years old, 5’8” tall and was wearing a dark hoodie with a white “Air Jordan” logo on the front, blue baseball cap with red brim and jeans.
