Snow much fun at Big White

World Snow Day is a big day for ski resorts and Big White is joining in the fun. Simultaneous activities to celebrate all things snow will occur in 435 locations across 39 countries, on Sunday January 20th.
Among the activities featured on the hill are a Snowman Building Competitions and an Old Man Winter Dress Up Contest, with the awards ceremony set to commence at 3:30pm.
The event will provide blocks of snow for participants to express their artistic talents, starting at 12pm, in front of the skating rink.
In Happy Valley from 12:00pm - 1:00pm, there will also be a Snowball Softball Superskills event, with participants automatically entered into a draw for an exclusive ride with the Winch Cat Crew starting at 4:30pm.
TELUS Park will also host a CS Riders boardercross style event. For more information on how you or your kids can start out in the exciting world of competitive snowboarding, visit here.
