The “New York New Year’s 2012” family event being held tonight at Jim Stuart Park will be streaming live via webcam as well as have its own Twitter feed.
For those unable to make it in person, participation is just a mouse click away.
The event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m.and it is anticipated that between 1500 and 3000 people will attend.
Featured activities include:
• Live musical performances on the stage
• “Snow Zone” drop-in activity stations (i.e. snowball toss, tube ride races, craft stations)
• Special lighting effects
• New Year’s Countdown
• Fireworks show at 9pm
