Crime Stoppers is asking the public’s assistance in locating the following male who is wanted on a province-wide warrant as of November 26, 2012.

Kelowna's most wanted is Carl John McCowan.

Carl John McCowan (DOB 1969-01-27) is wanted for one count of obstructing a peace officer.

McCowan is described as a 43-year-old white male, 5’7” tall and 133 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Crime Stoppers will pay cash for information leading to the arrest of this suspect. If you see him, do not approach him.
