CRIME: BREAK AND ENTER - COMMERCIAL

DATE: November 6, 2012

RCMP FILE: 2012-62131

West Kelowna RCMP were dispatched to a break and enter that occurred at 2:30 AM on November 6, 2012 at a car and dog wash business located on the 2400 block of Dobbin Road. Video surveillance shows a man who loiters around the business, then attempts to break open a vacuum coin box with a hammer. When unsuccessful with that, he then smashed two windows in the overhead bay doors facing Dobbin Road. He left empty-handed, but created approximately $600 in damage to the vacuum box and two broken windows. The suspect is a white male, 20-30 years of age, wearing white or off-white loose gym pants, a medium blue hoodie with letters across the chest and a back pack. The suspect seemed to have restless leg syndrome of some type as his legs were buckling and rocking a great deal.
