Letters to the editor

High fee frustrating

To the editor:

This is in regards to banks and credit unions that are forcing their customers into signing up for their on line statements or paying a rather high "fee" for a paper statement.

I am not opposed to online statements, but I am opposed to being given a choice of paying for the paper statement or taking the on line statement.

I have a fair amount of savings with my institution, but am seriously thinking of moving it elsewhere.
