How will you retire?

It appears that Canadians will have to work harder and harder to stop working, especially if they wish to keep living like they are while they're working.

Many Canadian baby boomers say they plan on working well into their golden years and also expect to still be in debt when they reach retirement age.

Studies also show many boomers have saved less than $100,000 for retirement.

Add to those concerns the announcement earlier this year that the Federal government has pushed the age of eligibility for Old Age Security back to 67, and it's easy to see why some Canadians will work into their seventies and beyond, if they can.

Castanet would like to hear from you on what you plan to do when you reach retirement age, or are doing already.

Will you work because you have to, or just because you want to keep busy?

Or were you able to plan well enough in advance, and working won't be necessary.
