Don't mess with this coffee house
Patrons at a local coffee shop jumped into action Monday afternoon. Although they were not wearing any super hero uniforms or tights, they did stop a man from stealing a truck.
The white GMC truck belonged to Pulp Fiction Coffee House owner, Max Sloan, was bringing in supplies from his vehicle at the time of the incident.
Sloan says the doors were unlocked and the truck was parked right in front of the store.
"I was just bringing some things into the shop when some patrons yelled out that a man was rummaging around in my truck, and trying to steal it."
Sloan and several coffee shop goers quickly ran outside, shutting the man inside the vehicle until police arrived.
The man could be heard yelling from inside the truck and at one point threw something that looked like a pill bottle out of the truck window.
The man was taken into police custody.
