Don't punish everyone

To the editor:

With regards to banning pitbulls.

I've been an proud owner of an American Staffordshire Terrier for six years.

I realize my dog is not for everyone.

I realize my dog is not for every social situation. I realize my dog is not an off leash dog.

You can't blame a breed for bad ownership or hold poor ownership accountable for bad behaviour.

Don't punish the rest if us.
