CRIME: THEFT OF QUAD

DATE: July 27, 2012

RCMP FILE: 2012-39516

Kelowna RCMP received a call reporting a stolen quad on July 27, 2012. The quad was taken from the back yard of a home on the 2500 block of Grenfell Road. Thieves entered the yard, uncovered the tarped, bungeed and locked quad, cut the chain and took the quad, tarp and all. To add insult to injury they then broke into a beer fridge and stole some beer. The quad is a black and chrome 450 CC 2005 Honda TRX, serial number 1HFTE30295A100610.

CRIME: IDENTITY THEFT

DATE: April 4, 2012

RCMP FILE: 2012-15696

On April 4, 2012, Kelowna RCMP were alerted to a case of identity theft at a bank located on the 3200 block of Lakeshore Road in Kelowna. A man had opened an account at the bank the previous month with false identification and proceeded to deposit counterfeit cheques and then withdraw cash. Please view the man in the photos and call RCMP or Crime Stoppers in you can identify him.
