CRIME: RESIDENTIAL BREAK AND ENTER

DATE: July 20, 2012

RCMP FILE: 2012-38029

A home on the 3900 block of Milford Road in West Kelowna was entered between 6:30 and 10:30 PM on July 20, 2012. Suspects entered by completely removing a glass sliding door at the rear of the home. Once inside they ransacked the home, emptying most drawers out onto the floor. Three televisions, a camera, a computer and several pieces of jewellery were stolen. The thieves left via another sliding door at the front of the house and would have loaded the stolen goods into a vehicle in the driveway.

CRIME: THEFT FROM VEHICLE

DATE: July 25, 2012

RCMP FILE: 2012-39085

The owner of a truck that was broken into is hoping someone saw the culprit and can help to have his belongings returned. The theft occurred between 9:30 AM and noon on July 24, 2012 from the parking lot at the Shannon Lake Park parking lot. Someone entered a black Dodge Dakota and made off with a black bag containing approximately $6500.00 worth of camera equipment. The bag held a Nikon D90 digital camera (s/n 3465522), several smaller lens and one large Sigma DG 50-500 lens valued at $2000.
