A Mexican citizen in Canada on a work visa is behind bars accused in a stabbing in Summerland late Sunday night.
Police say they received a report of a stabbing at a home on Giants Head Road in Summerland shortly before midnight on Canada Day.
There, police discovered a man laying on the floor of the home with a non-life threatening stab wound to his upper back.
