Kelowna sends two more to Olympics

A pair of Kelowna athletes have qualified for Team Canada and will be on their way to London, England for the Summer Olympics which run July 27 through August 12.
Brent McMahon, an elite triathlete who was born in Kelowna, is going to represent Canada in the triathlon. McMahon is a past Elite Champion of the Kelowna Pushor Mitchell Apple Triathlon.
Also representing Canada will be Kelowna’s William Dean, who has qualified for the London Olympics in the Men’s rowing fours.
William is the son of Blake Dean and former World Champion Triathlete Joanne Ritchie.
