Dayton Lloyd McAlpine has a date before a judge Tuesday.

McAlpine was arrested late last week on several outstanding warrants.

He was nabbed at a gas station in the 2400 block of Dobbin Road Thursday, April 5 after police in West Kelowna received a report of a fight on the property.

McAlpine was arrested at the scene and held over for court Tuesday.

He was wanted for several counts of Breach of Probation and Break and Enter.

McAlpine may also face a new charge of Obstruction.
