Update: Penticton transit now have buses rolling to the upper area on their service route.

Penticton transit won't make the upper level runs Wednesday, until the black ice burns off.
Gary Gibbons from Berry and Smith Trucking says the school buses are in motion but may be running behind.

Every year the roads around Penticton experience black ice conditions, that don't clear up till late morning.
