Curry Chicken Bombay

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups broccoli (cooked)
  • 1 can Campbells Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can Campbells Cream of Celery soup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp curry powder (however spicy you want)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation:

Boil chicken breasts in a frying pan full of water until cooked. Spread in the bottom of a casserole dish with the cooked broccoli. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until top is melted. Serve on pasta or rice.
