Cakey Brownie Mix

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 350F.

1 1/4 cups (300ml) of granulated sugar

1/4 cup (125ml) of cocoa powder, sifted if lumpy

1 1/2 cups (375 of all-purpose flour

1 tsp (5ml) of baking powder

1/4 tsp (1ml) of baking soda

1/2 tsp (2ml) of salt

1/2 cup (125ml) of chopped walnuts (optional)

1/2 cup (125ml) of chocolate chips

Preparation:

Put all dry ingredients into large bowl. Add 1 tsp of vanilla, 2/3 cup cooking oil, 3 large eggs and 1/4 cup of water. Mix for about 15 strokes. Turn into greased 8x8 (20x20) pan. Bake in 350F oven for about 40 minutes. Wooden pick inserted in center should come out clean. Cool, cut then serve! Enjoy!!

Story:

Teacher at school helped us make this for Christmas gifts. Put dry ingredients in a clean jar then you can add the wet ingredients at home.
