Preparation:
Cook noodles and set aside.
Heat up a skillet with olive oil and add garlic and onion. Cook for five minutes on medium-high heat until onions brown, about five minutes.
Season and flour veal, cut into strips. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add sliced veal and beef broth. Cook over medium high heat for ten minutes. Turn down heat and add milk. Let simmer five minutes. Add paprika, salt, pepper and basil. Thicken with cornstarch. Let simmer another five minutes.
Serve with noodles and a cooked green vegetable. Serves three to four.
