The Susap wildfire burning south of Keremeos is now 100 per cent contained.

B.C. Forest Service Fire Information Officer, Elise Riedlinger, says she recently spoke with the incident commander in regards to the blaze.

"He's now calling it 100 per cent contained. Nineteen firefighters remain on site for mopping up," says Riedlinger.

The cause of that fire is still under investigation.

The fire began early Monday afternoon.
