A candlelight/prayer vigil is being planned in Kelowna to show support for the people of Haiti.
The vigil will take place at the Unitarian Fellowship on Bertram Street in downtown Kelowna on Friday.
The vigil is open to the public and will offer everyone a chance to light a candle or say a prayer for the people of Haiti as they recover from the devastating effects of a 7.0 magnitude earthquake.
It starts at 5 p.m. and runs until 6:30 p.m. at 1310 Bertram Street.
