Bylaw tool seems silly

To the editor:
RE:By-law officers have new high-tech tool

Here we are once again, with being told to go green all the time, so the City of Kelowna, instead of a bylaw enforcement person walking around check marking tires and looking for over parked cars, they put someone in a car now to drive around. Now you have a person driving around doing this, and at the same time now, polluting the air with it's exhaust.

Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
