Group of teens assault man

A pack of teens are wanted by police in connection with an unprovoked assault Friday night on Highway 97 between Banks and Leckie roads.
The incident took place between 9 and 9:30 p.m.
Police say the 41-year-old victim was assaulted by five or six teenagers, all between the ages of 16 and 19 and all wearing dark hoodies.
"No distinctive descriptions were obtained of the assailants as the victim was jumped from behind, pushed to the ground and kicked several times," says RCMP Constable, Steve Holmes.
"The victim sustained minor injuries."
RCMP are asking anyone with information as to the identity of the suspects or who may have witnessed the attack, to contact police.
