A small grow op has been busted in the South Okanagan.

Penticton RCMP executed a search warrant on a property in Mallory Crescent in Okanagan Falls on Friday.

Sergeant Rick Dellebuur says they found a grow op of 38 marijuana plants.

“The owner of the residence, a 39-year-old man, was arrested and released to appear in Penticton Provincial Court on January 21, 2009,” says Dellebuur.

He says charges of production of marijuana are being recommended.
