On Saturday night, August 23rd, a man was walking across a field near the Johnson Bentley Memorial Aquatic Facility when he was blindsided by an unknown assailant. The victim was walking with a woman at the time, but it is unknown whether the woman was the person who hit the victim, causing a black eye and injuries to his lip, chin and elbow. The unknown assailant also robbed the victim.
