A three vehicle collision closed down a section of Highway 97 in Lake Country Thursday.

The crash occurred shortly after 3:00 p.m. north of Ponderosa Road near Wood Lake where a northbound vehicle collided with two southbound vehicles.

All four occupants suffered various, non-life threatening injuries. No names have been released.

The cause of the crash is under investigation and shut down the highway for more than an hour.
